Incredibly useful accessory for the operating room. It can be used horizontally as a table extension and vertically as a foot support for reverse Trendelenburg positions to optimize surgical patient positioning.  The foot extension can be attached to standard siderails using accessory clamps that accept round attachment posts. Clamps are sold separately. The Foot Extension includes integral, durable padding.
