In 2021, as the epidemic continued, we were fortunate to receive an inquiry from this operating table in Thailand. Although we could not conduct an on-site inspection, we finally determined the detailed requirements of the operating table with the customer through video conferences and continuous discussions, and provided surgical table that customers need.
At the end of the year, the customer received the operating table and was very satisfied with it. MEDIK focuses on product development, customer experience, and can show our products and factories through video conferences.
